SECTION 3 - STRICT NO-RETURN & HYGIENE POLICY Due to the personal, intimate, and hygienic nature of bedding materials (including but not limited to mattress protectors), all sales are final. Once a product has been dispatched or its packaging has been opened/tampered with, Royal Traders strictly does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to correctly measure their bed dimensions (King, Queen, Double, King Single) before finalizing an order.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
